We begin with an on-site inspection conducted by our specialists at your company. This allows us to determine whether the lighting upgrade will involve simply replacing old lamps with traditional light sources with more efficient and cost-effective LED lamps. It may also be recommended to implement a broader modernization project, which could include rearranging the placement of lamps within the facility, reducing or increasing the number of light points, or introducing light intensity controls or motion sensors.
Based on the data collected during the on-site inspection and discussions with the client, we address a key aspect of the next steps. Should the lighting be replaced “one-to-one,” relying on the existing electrical installation, or should we intervene in the electrical system and design a completely new lighting setup tailored to the current needs of the building?

Comprehensive Investment Support Procedure by BALTIC LED
NEEDS ANALYSIS
During the needs analysis, in addition to a detailed questionnaire, we also carry out an on-site inspection. At this stage, we take measurements of the area and lighting intensity and analyze the scope of work.
LIGHTING DESIGN
Based on the technical drawings, we prepare a lighting design concept. This includes placing the objects located within the room into the simulation as well as a complete simulation of light distribution.
CONSULTATIONS
At this stage, we consult the design with the client, answer any questions, and agree on the final execution details.
OFFER & COST ESTIMATE
For each lighting project, we prepare a detailed cost estimate of the investment. The estimate covers all components of the lighting system as well as all additional services related to the installation.
LIGHTING PRODUCTION
Once the final design is prepared, we proceed with the production of dedicated lighting fixtures. All our luminaires are manufactured using the highest quality components from Europe’s leading lighting industry suppliers.
LIGHTING INSTALLATION
Our certified subcontractor carries out the installation of the lighting system and performs the necessary electrical work.
AS-BUILT DOCUMENTATION
